To foster a cooperative working relationship and encourage communication among parents, administrators, teachers, and support staff.
To develop united efforts between educators and parents that provide children with the highest advantages in intellectual, social, creative, ethical, and physical education.
To maintain transparency and ensure that information regarding policies is shared with the membership to promote unity among parents, administrators, teachers, and support staff.
How can I help?
We would love to have all BASIS Benbrook families involved in Boosters. It doesn’t matter if you are a stay-at-home parent with extra time, a grandparent wanting to support your scholar or a busy family of 8, there is always a way for everyone to get involved! Copy Room Help (Aviator Angels), Lost & Found, Event Committees, Staff Appreciation, Community Building, Carline Cookie Fridays, Spirit Nights, and many more opportunities.
What is the Booster Board?
The Booster Board consists of a few parents who have been elected to serve on a board to help govern Boosters. By law, nonprofits must have a minimum of three executive board members who are legally responsible for the organization and ensure that its actions, both financially and physically, adhere to the non-profit laws.
